PRICING

Fair price,
no surprises.

Starter pricing for standard maintained residential lawns. Quote confirmed before service begins.

Starter Service From $50

For new customers and new seasons with standard maintained residential lawns. Includes mowing, trimming, blowing, and photos.

Final price confirmed before service begins.

Overgrowth

If the lawn is unusually tall, matted, laying over, or needs slower/multiple passes, the price may be adjusted. I’ll always confirm first.

Access

Please make sure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible before service. If I’m unable to access the lawn, I’ll contact you before rescheduling.

Pets & Lawn Debris

Please secure pets, clear pet waste, hoses, toys, large branches, and loose debris before service. Work may be delayed or rescheduled if the lawn is unsafe or blocked.

How does Starter Service pricing work?

Starter Service begins at $50 for many standard residential mowing requests. Larger, overgrown, steep, difficult-to-access, or cleanup-heavy properties may require a higher price. Final pricing is always confirmed before service begins.

What about recurring service?

After the first cut, I can quote weekly, biweekly, or route-friendly service.

What if the lawn is different than expected?

I'll confirm via text before changing price or continuing. Heavy growth, unsecured pets, excessive debris, locked gates, and unusual conditions can affect scope.

What if it rains?

Same-day weather delays move to the next available dry day.

Is trimming and blowing included?

Yes. Every visit includes mowing, trimming, blowing, and a photo update.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as the gate is accessible and pets are secured. I'll send a photo when the job is done.

Do I need to prep the lawn?

Please secure pets and move pet waste, toys, hoses, large branches, and anything the mower might catch. Make sure gates are unlocked.

Do I need to clear pet waste?

Yes. Please make sure the lawn is clear of pet waste before service. I do not mow over pet waste. Pet waste cleanup may be available as an add-on if discussed in advance. Otherwise, if the yard is heavily soiled, service may need to be rescheduled.

How does payment work?

Price and payment method are agreed on before or at service. For first-time cuts, a payment link can be sent ahead of time.

What customers are saying

“Mark is a total pro. We're currently selling our home and needed someone to take over the lawn during our move. He does excellent work and the neighbors love him too! 10/10 would recommend.”
— Joshua, Google review
“Mark did a great job with my yard that was, embarrassingly, overgrown with weeds. He is very professional, friendly, and communicative.”
— Brooke, Google review
“Mark did an outstanding job on my lawn. He asked me what I wanted trimmed and about my flower beds. Not only did he listen to me but he was extremely knowledgeable about lawn care. He gave me some great pointers and I learned a lot from him! Mark is extremely professional and polite, my yard looks great and I am looking forward to seeing him every two weeks,”
— Susan, Google review
